Landscape work has always been a major part of how I approach wildlife filmmaking. Before an animal ever appears on screen, the environment is already telling part of the story. I’m drawn to locations that feel atmospheric, isolated, and cinematic — places where weather, light, scale, and texture shape the mood as much as the subject itself. Many of these images were captured while working in remote locations around the world, often during the quiet moments between larger productions, documenting the landscapes that make wildlife stories feel epic.
